Ganpatipule Ganpatipule is a scenic, quaint village off the Konkan coast. It gets its name from the self-formed Ganpati idol (Swayambhu), and the abundant sand dunes, also known as 'Pule'. Getting There By Air: The nearest airport is Kolhapur. By Rail: The nearest railhead is Bhoke, on the Konkan Railway. Ratnagiri, however, is more convenient.
