Take a break from the hectic life of the city and head over to The Beach House. Like its name suggests, this beautiful villa is located a stone’s throw away from one of the cleanest beaches in Alibaug, Awas Beach. Featuring a beautiful blend of tropical and modern interiors, while here, guests can pick up a book from the in-house library, lounge by the pool while sipping on their favourite cocktails or simply relax in the lawn. The Beach House is special because of its: - Located 50m away from Awas Beach - Private pool and lawn - Cozy and modern interiors HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support the lights, fans, WiFi and refrigerator for up to 8 hours, while the 20 KVA generator can support all the appliances. - The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio work fairly well here. - Guests are advised to remain cautious, given the presence of insects around, during the monsoon season. - Owing to monsoons, the road conditions leading up to the villa may be poor. - Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property. - Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.
